Winnie was $150, plus another 150 for initial cage, food, dishes etc, and then $100 for shots and a check up at the vet (which are very important when first bringing home a hedgie). He was a very expensive investment, but he only has to go to the vet once a year for check-ups, and is a wonderful pet! Once you make the initial investments, you really only have to pay for litter, food, and treats!
